The Röder Group is managed by four executives: Johann Heitzmann, Bastian Heberer, Jörg Erdmann and Tim Tartsch.

Before joining the Röder Group, Johann Heitzmann has held various high ranking management positions within Airbus Defence and Space. He has led the Military Aircraft Division of Airbus. Being once a shareholder of Grob Aircraft, he drove the successful restructuring of the company. He owns a consulting firm specializing in aviation. Within the Röder Group, he is the Accountable Manager for EASA approved entities.

Bastian Heberer is an engineer for applied science in the field of mechanical and thermodynamical technologies. His enthusiasm for aviation and his experience in restructuring and realigning companies has brought him to the Röder Group. Within the Röder Group, he focuses primarily on all commercial matters and the strategic alignment of the group.

The professional career of Jörg Erdmann has always been linked to aviation. Being an engineer for aircraft technology, he has held senior executive positions in several aerospace companies, including Airbus Defence and Space. He is a specialist for aircraft production and aircraft maintenance in both civil and military businesses. Within the Röder Group, he is responsible for the Operations and as well for the Defence business.

Tim Tartsch has been responsible for various departments before he started being the General Manager of MSI Aircraft Maintenance Services International. With close to two decades of experience in running and managing a small-mid-size MRO in aviation, Tim now holds responsibility for sales, administration and logistics within the Roeder Group.
