Stores & Logistics Officer

We are seeking a Stores & Logistics officer to support our stores and logistics operations within a GCAA CAR 145 approved organization in Dubai. The role ensures effective materials management, parts traceability and smooth inbound/outbound logistics in compliance with aviation and customs regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including receiving, issuing, binning, and dispatching aircraft parts, and materials.
  •  Verify incoming parts documentation (CoC, Form 1/8130, ARC, EASA/FAA/GCAA approvals) in line with GCAA/EASA 145 requirements.
  •  Ensure accurate data entry of parts, serial numbers, and traceability records into ERP.
  •  Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs, and couriers (import/export).
  •  Maintain clean, organized, and compliant stores facilities following safety and quality procedures.
  •  Support maintenance teams with timely issuance of parts and materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in MRO Stores (mandatory).
  •  Knowledge of 145 stores and documentation requirements.
  •  Familiarity with aircraft parts certification (EASA Form 1, FAA 81303, CoC, etc.).
  •  Basic understanding of import/export processes, HS codes, and logistics documentation.
  •  Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced maintenance environment.
  •  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Diploma/Degree in Aviation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  •  Knowledge of UAE Freezone/customs procedures.
